Our Promise - Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee you will be happy with your purchase - so much so that if you are not happy, we will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the package.


Email gemsfossilshunter@gmail.com if you require a return. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging, along with any gift with purchase. GemFossilHunters will deduct 10% of refund if opal is not sent back in the original packaging, as well as any gift with purchase the customer decides to keep. Custom orders and alterations to the stone are non-refundable.  

 

RETURN TO SENDER

GemFossilHunters does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office (either by phone or dropping into the local shop) before contacting us.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us ASAP: gemsfossilshunter@gmail.com. Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customer's expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
